For years I poured my heart into caring for everyone else until one day my own body whispered,

The stress became relentless.
My nervous system forgot what peace felt like.
Eventually, I developed lupus and became temporarily paralyzed.
Like so many others, I was told my body was attacking itself.
But something inside me simply couldn’t believe my body was my enemy.
Instead, I kept asking one question…
What if my body wasn’t attacking me…
What if it had been trying to save me all along?
That question changed my life.
Instead of fighting my body…
I began listening to it.
That journey led me to sound therapy, frequency, nervous system regulation, laughter, music, play, and joy.
Little by little…
my nervous system remembered what it felt like to be safe.
And when my body finally felt safe…
it began doing what it had wanted to do all along.
Heal.
That experience inspired me to create Acoustic Therapeutix and my signature Frequency FuNshops—joy-filled healing experiences designed to help people move out of survival mode and back into harmony.
