If any of this sounds like you, please join us for our 30 minute Chakra Tune Up, where you are required to do absolutely nothing but show up, enjoy the exotic scents of essential oils, while listening to  a guided chakra meditation. 

Your sound therapist uses the tuning forks while you lie on the sound table, balancing your chakras  and supercharging the effects of the meditation.

You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed with more energy to enjoy the rest of your day. You will also find you get a good night’s sleep!
